60 DAY RETURN POLICY
When you purchase a Gift Card from us, the purchase is final and, with the exception below: Return accepted only If, the Gift Card delivered to you differs from the one you purchased or if your purchased Gift Card is invalid, or the balance of the purchased Gift Card upon your receipt is less than the balance indicated in the purchase transaction, you may process a claim for a refund, provided that you submit a claim to email@example.com within 60 days of your purchase of the Gift Card, and at our request, you will complete and submit to us an affidavit as per our instructions.
Upon our receipt of a claim, we will investigate your claim and to review the purchase history on the Gift Card to avoid abusive and dishonest practices.
If we determine that your claim is valid, we, in our discretion, will either provide you with a Gift Card for the same merchant as the purchased Gift Card or issue you a refund for the disputed amount.
A return will only be accepted if:
the Gift Card is in the same condition in which it was received
the Gift Card has not been used since the date of your purchase;
the Gift Card is redeemable for the same amount of credit that you state in your claim;
you are the sole owner of the Gift Card and the Gift Card is fully transferable back to us without restriction, limitation or liens;
you comply with all our instructions regarding the return and shipping of the Gift Card back to us.
